Physical Board Specifications
Presenters with accepted poster abstracts must print and bring a physical poster conforming to the display board criteria.
- Orientation: Portrait (Vertical) format required.
- Dimensions: Standard A0 size (90 cm width × 120 cm height).
- Mounting Materials: Adhesive tape provided at check-in desks.
E-Poster Gallery Uploads
Physical posters will also be archived in the digital delegate portal for registered online and on-site participants.
- File Format: Single-page PDF with high-resolution graphics.
- Upload Deadline: September 30, 2027.
- Awards: Eligible posters are reviewed for young investigator awards.
